Our heavy-duty Long Foam Block Cutting Machine is specialized equipment designed for cutting long strips of sponge into thin sheets and rewinding them. This machine features an advanced electronic control system combined with a high-precision cutting mechanism, capable of cutting high-density footwear-grade sponge material. It is an essential piece of equipment for manufacturers of premium sports shoe sponge materials.

• Drive System: The four running wheels are driven by four independent 1.5KW motors paired with RV75 vertical gear reducers, ensuring synchronized, smooth, and powerful operation. The running wheel diameter has been improved and enlarged to 300mm, providing enhanced stability and higher precision during movement.
• Support Structure: The support columns are fabricated from large 150×300mm rectangular steel tubes for robust stability.
• Lifting System: The lifting screw utilizes a precision ball screw for high accuracy and minimal wear. Both the lifting screw and bevel gears are equipped with protective covers for safety and dust prevention.
• Blade Wheel Assembly: The blade wheel is widened to Φ508×W60mm, precision-machined, and dynamically balanced. The wheel surface is coated with a special rubber compound to reduce noise and improve wear resistance.
• Blade Box Design: The blade box is widened and thickened to W210×70mm, precision-machined, and coated with Teflon for rust and corrosion resistance, as well as reduced friction. This results in minimized blade band vibration and more stable cutting.
• Safety Protection: The blade band is enclosed within a fully covered protective guard for enhanced operational safety.
• Pressure Roller Mechanism: Features a jack-type lifting structure to prevent the pressure roller from slipping, offering precise and labor-saving operation.
• Auxiliary Devices: Equipped with an electric knife sharpening device, an automatic dust extraction system, and an emergency stop device.
