Production Introduction

This vertical polyurethane cutting machine is designed to make cutting foam easy, quick, and precise. They are widely used in various industries, such as furniture, packaging, automotive, and construction.

This machine is mainly used for small sponge vertical cutting machines, processing various EVA, EPE, packaging materials, paper and other products. Simple operation and high cutting accuracy.

The machine adopts a movable head, fixed worktable form, and a movable knife holder with synchronous belt transmission. The worktable adopts a single baffle with ball screw (double baffle can be selected), which improves cutting accuracy and can process various EVA and pearl foam.
