Fully Automatic Continuous Polyurethane Foam Production Line

Our PU foaming machine equipment would be configured based on high, medium and low density foaming formula. This sponge production line can produce British and US Standard High Rebound&Slow Rebound Sponge, Mattress Sponge, Shoe Material Sponge, Bra Sponge, European Plastic Resistant Sponge, etc. Yellowing resistance can reach 3-5 international standard class, hardness class with the range of 200-2000, add powder between the range of 10%-200%, produced sponge density range from 6-180. We can customize the foaming equipment based on customer's actual situation and needs.

2. Mixing head

● Mixer head pipe is made with stainless intensive materials

● Powerful 40 HP motor

● Mixing system with high efficiency and good mixing effect, specially with CaCo powder.

● Air Valve uses ITALY brand high pressure valve, use corrosion resisting teflon materials inside, good air-tightness, endure chemistry raw materials such as glutinous chemistry raw materials.

● Pressure switch gauge protect safety automatically when the foul appeared.

The reducer has powerful torque and precision gears and is equipped with a high-quality motor for smooth operation.

6. Observation platform

The flat observation platform of our PU foam production line is used to observe the degree of sponge maturation and the flatness of the sponge on both sides during the foaming process, which is more convenient to the following operation of clamping the 50 meters sponge.

 

7. The rear transmission line with dense board can balance the bottom, and reduce the loss of sponge (such as uneven bottom), and is convenient for the operation of clutching sponge.

 

8. Cutting device

Both types of cutting device are installed on the foam conveyor line, it is used for continuous foam cut to certain length for sponge transport, storage and processing.The double knife cutting device has two cutting ways (Saw-toothed and blade)for selection, users can choose the cutting way depend on their own needs, it can reduce the risk of machine halt because of blade breaking. Both device adopts digital control, the knife belt is thin and sharp and moving from up to down to cut horizontally moving foam, the PU foaming machine is simple to operate and cut precisely.

 

9. Finished Sponge Foam
