Foam machine Horizontal automatic continuous sponge foaming plant factory
DMJX-2400 automatic horizontal continuous foaming production line is mostly used to produce soft pu foam sponge products (density is about 6-180kg/m3).It is desirable fixing to produce foam sponge in furniture, shoes, circumference, electron, clothing industry and automobile industry. This machine realizes high numerical controlled which makes production more exact and controls conveniently.It's an ideal equipment for polyurethane sponge producing company.
Foaming control mode:
(1) PLC control the whole process, you can continuously change the formula without stopping the machine;
(2) Full frequency conversion and programmable controller control foaming, the production line can synchronize in real time,
(3) The height of the drying tunnel Alighting-board can be electrically adjusted, and automatic control with computer screen.
(4) The width of the drying tunnel side chain board can be electrically adjusted; Automatic control with computer screen.
(5) Flat-foam device with top pressing, multi-directional edge lifting device, 6 direction (lifting edge film).
