Sponge Scraps Recycling Automatic Mould Rebonded Foam Machine
The Rebonded Foaming Machine includes a set of mixing drums for mixing foam blocks and adhesives and a set of oil pressure regeneration molds. The crushed foam is blown into the mixing drum, mixed, and poured into the mold, where it becomes regenerated foam under oil pressure. The sponge regeneration machine is mainly used to mix the crushed foam with glue, and then press it into a foam molding mold through an oil pressure system to achieve the required density of the regenerated foam. This machine has a complete set of flow production lines for mixing, mixing, and pressure molding, with high production efficiency.
1. Technical solution: Crush the foam foam crumbs and then glue them into hot pressing shapes. Compress them into various shapes according to your needs, and then use foam cutting equipment to cut them into various shapes to cut the finished product.
