Brief introduction of Rebonded Foam Machine

Foam re-bonding machine is mainly use for foam blocks come from foam crushing machine and mix with glue, then drop down into the standard size mold which goes under hydraulic pressure to shape bonded foam in request density. The new developed automatic re-bonding machine equipped with a steam and can produce one block per 15 min. Customers can select based on their needs and situation.

1. Technical solution: The foam scraps are crushed and then bonded and hot-pressed, compressed into various shapes according to their own needs, and then cut into various shapes with special cutting equipment, and the finished products are cut.

 

Foaming process of Foam Rebonding Machine:

Foam scraps → unpacking and shredding → smashing small particles → weighing (calculating density) → stirring and mixing → introducing glue → stirring again (3-8 minutes) → press into the mold → steam or cold pressing → forming → cutting → finished product

 

2. Working principle: The leftovers of the foam are crushed, stirred, glued and compressed by steam high-temperature sterilization. After the molding die, the regenerated foam of the corresponding required density is pressed by the oil pressure and the steam system.

 

3. Main technology: It is composed of main parts such as mixing box, hydraulic pressure, mold box, deceleration motor and safety electric control system. It has the characteristics of simple, compact and reasonable structure, firmness, and convenient operation.
