We use the belt to avoid the sponge cowhide paper roll (paper jam) during the conveying process, to increase the accuracy of sponge cutting, and to facilitate the automatic conveying of sponges.
Foaming oven & side film aclinic top controller
Foaming oven can adjust the width of foam.
Side film aclinic top controller to make the output sponge as flat top so the production rate can be increased.
Mixer head
In the foaming process, the mixing head can make foam without foam head, reduce the cost. The foam bubble is fine and the sponge is soft, which is designed for the density of 6kg/m3~150kg/m3.
