This mattress foam packing machine is ideally suited for compressing and roll-packing block sponge, sheet sponge, and sponge mattresses using 0.06-0.2MM PE roll film.
With a robust 120-ton cylinder pressure and a generous compression chamber (2400mm L x 2200mm W x 1200mm H), the foam mattress compression machine effectively handles large cushions and mattresses. It delivers consistent performance with a production cycle of just 45 seconds per piece, making it ideal for high-volume output.
The finished, compressed rolls can be adjusted to a diameter ranging from 29 to 68 cm, ensuring a tight, secure, and space-saving package that significantly reduces storage volume and shipping costs.
