Product Description of Flame Retardant For PU Foaming

Flame Retardant V188 is a high molecular weight phosphate compound especially suitable for automobiles and furniture products. The flame retardant is suitable for the test of flexible polyurethane foam CA-117, BS-5852, DIN-75200, FMVSS-302 and other flame retardant standards. It has good thermal stability and long-term flame retardant performance, with low odor, The advantages of low fogging, low coke core, etc., and the flame retardant is not easy to migrate during the aging process.

 

Fire Retardant V188 can usually provide the flame retardant range of 12-16 phr required for polyurethane foam, and customers can adjust the amount added in the formula according to the needs of the flame retardant grade.
