Control Cabinet

The control cabinet features a user-friendly man-machine interface touchscreen for full computer-automated operation. It allows users to set the injection timing for raw materials, store multiple formulas, and switch between them without stopping production. The touchscreen displays real-time data, including foam board height, production curves, and the width/height of the sponge on both sides. Equipped with an exhaust device, a shortened foam head, and glass flowmeters for TDI, water, MC, and air, it ensures precise control and efficient operation. This system guarantees consistent foam quality, high productivity, and minimal downtime.

 

Small Chemical Tanks

Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel with a thickness of δ1mm, these tanks are designed to withstand even the most demanding conditions. Measuring 200L as standard, they feature thermostatic mixing and filtration capabilities, ensuring consistent and reliable performance for your foam production needs.

 

Large Chemical Tanks

These 5m³ standard capacity chemical tanks are constructed from robust A3 steel board with a thickness of δ5mm, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance. Equipped with thermostatic mixing and filtration capabilities, as well as a level gauge, they provide precise control and reliable operation for your foam production processes. Designed to handle demanding industrial conditions, these tanks deliver accuracy and efficiency at all times
