Foam control method:

(1) PLC full process control can continuously change the formula without stopping the machine,

(2) Fully variable frequency with programmable controller to control foaming and achieve real-time synchronization of the production line;

(3) The height of the drying channel drop plate can be electrically adjusted; Equipped with computer screen for automatic control

(4) The side chain plate of the drying channel can be electrically adjusted in width; Equipped with computer screen for automatic control

(5) One set of edge film lifting device on the left and one set on the right. The edge lifting rod can move forward and backward for 3 meters, and the edge lifting rod can lift up and down. The edge lifting angle can tilt up and down

(6) The width of the drying channel edge chain plate is electrically adjusted, using screw transmission, and the upper and lower synchronous screws are retractable

(7) The height of the drop plate is electrically adjusted, and the telescopic track on the plate surface is equipped with linear steel rails and bearing seats for installation

(8) Edge film automatic winding, equipped with a reducer and clutch for automatic winding with variable diameter

(9) There are 2 sets of mixing mixers, 1 set of large mixing head, and 1 set of silicone oil mixer. (Equipped with 1 set of extended mixing chamber and mixing blades)

 

 

 

 

 

Process: All the P.U. chemicals are first mixed together in a mixing chamber & then taken into a metal trough where the initial reaction takes place. The rising foam then passes from the top of the trough on to a variable width fall plate, which then leads the expanding foam block along a metal slat conveyor for further expansion.
