It can produce foam density range from 6 to 180kg/m³ and hardness range from 200 to 2000. The powder can be added from 10% to 200% and sponge yellowness resistance can reach 3-5 of international standard class.
POP/PPG/TDI raw material tank: 5 tons each, made of carbon steel, equipped with thermostatic control &cooling coil.
Capacity of tanks can be customized.

● Tank capacity: 200L with stirring filter system
Customer can select single or dual back conveyor belt, this dual conveyor belt can make the production more effective.
For producing long sponge, foam crane unit is very necessary to add to the foaming line which
is more efficient and manpower saving.
