Products Description
Process: All the P.U. chemicals are first mixed together in a mixing chamber & then taken into a metal trough where the initial reaction takes place. The rising foam then passes from the top of the trough on to a variable width fall plate, which then leads the expanding foam block along a metal slat conveyor for further expansion.
Outputs: The machine is delivers a maximum of 350kg per minute.

Installation & Commissioning: The seller can provide the installation, commissioning and training service in buyer's factory, while the buyer needs to pay for VISA application, air ticket, accommodation,(if necessary) interpreting fee for seller's technician.
2. Warranty:For the machine above,the seller provides one year warranty starting from the moment
the seller dispatches the machines. For the detailed guarantee period of each part, please refer to the operation manual.Wearing parts,consumption material and the damage incurred by the buyer's incorrect operation are out of warranty range.

FAQ
Q: How many days for the install and testing of the machine?
A: After all the machine in your factory we will send 1-2 engineer help to install the machine, around 30 days installation will be finished. After that one electrician and one foaming engineer will come to connect the cable and run the machine that will take 15days. Total 45 days the machine can be running.
Q: How should I do if meet some trouble while using?
A: We can supply English manual book and also take a video for showing how to resolve the problems or dispatch our worker to your factory.
Q:What is the voltage/phase for this machine ?
A: 220V 50Hz/single phase ,380V 50Hz/three phase , 110V 60Hz/single phase
Also can made as the clients' need.
Q:How long can we get the goods?
A:Delivery date is 60~80 working days after getting down payment and cofirm all the details.
