Memory foam manufacturing machine is designed to produce high-quality sponges that are used in mattress/sofa/cussions/shoes/etc.

The machines are versatile and can produce foam sponges of varying densities(6-150kgm3), making them ideal for the diverse needs of the different industries.

Our designed mixing system ensures efficient mixing while maintaining fine pore size and fewer pinholes, anti-yellowing can reach the international standard level 3-5, foam hardness 10-100, calcium carbonate can be add 10% -- 200%.

Controlling way of foaming:

1). PLC controlling, can continuously foaming different formulas in one time

2). All inverter controlling foaming and work in phase with the production line

3). Oven declining board height and width can be adjusted by control box.

4). Oven side wall width can be adjusted by control box.

We will teach the buyer control box operation technology and foaming technology.
