Mattress foam in rebonded foam making machine with steam boiler

The Rebonded Foam Making Machine is mainly used to mix the crushing foam and glue,then through the mould,pressed by the hydraulic system to make the corresponding density of the rebonding sponges required.

The machine has a stirring, mixing, compression molding to make a set of assembly line with high production efficiency. If use the automatic steam moulding,the production efficiency will be improved to 6-8times.

1. Technical solution: The foam scraps are crushed and then bonded and hot-pressed, compressed into various shapes according to their own needs, and then cut into various shapes with special cutting equipment, and the finished products are cut.

2. Working principle: The leftovers of the foam are crushed, stirred, glued and compressed by steam high-temperature sterilization. After the molding die, the regenerated foam of the corresponding required density is pressed by the oil pressure and the steam system.
