This machine is mainly used to crush and mix the crushed sponge, add glue, and then press it through a mold and hydraulic system to produce the required density of sponge. This machine has a production line for mixing, weighing, and molding. By using fully automatic steam forming, the production efficiency has been increased by 6-8 times.

1. Regeneration mixer: Volume: 12 cubic meters, power: 11KW, with automatic weighing device.

2. Hydraulic press: pressure 2-10 tons adjustable

3. Steam foaming mold: Inner cavity size of the mold box: length 2050mm x width 2050mm x height 1800mm. Automatic foam production and mold automatic displacement mechanism.

4. Power supply: 3 phase 380V 50HZ

It consists of a mixing box, hydraulic system, mold box(on mold or two molds for selection), reduction motor, and safety electrical control system, and is characterized by simple structure, compact and reasonable structure, firmness, and easy operation.

Packing: Some of the parts will be pack in wooden case. Others will be packed with paper or foam sheet with plastic film.
