1. Three groups: TDI, PPG, POP. A set of automatic feeding, weighing and system. Equipped with one 15KW frequency conversion speed control foaming machine (15KW motor, 22KW inverter), with 2 foaming barrels (diameter ￠520X750, ￠600X750 each)
2. Constant temperature tank capacity: TDI (1 ton), PPG (1.5 tons), POP (1.5 tons), with stirring mechanism, thermometer, level gauge, 3 sets of pumping pumps.
3. Constant temperature machine: rate 5P, dual use for cooling and heating
4. The internal cavity dimensions of the square foaming mold box: (length2000~2300* width1300~1900*height1200mm).
5. Water pipe fittings: a batch of all pipe fittings of constant temperature machine → raw material tank → foaming machine.
6. Air compressor: power 4KW
7. Power required: three-phase 380V, 50HZ
Semi-auto Foam Block Foaming Machine realizes electromechanical integration of the material extraction, weighing, and pouring systems of PPG POP TDI materials, controlled by a PLC program, and is easy to operate,accurate material extraction and weighing. The entire process from extracting, weighing, discharging to pouring and returning to the barrel from large material tank is automated, saving 2 labor costs compared to the original manual foaming process.
