Indian Client Visit For Sponge Production Line

We were delighted to welcome a delegation of customers from India in early August. The visitors, who are actively planning to invest in sponge manufacturing, came to assess our sponge foaming equipment capabilities firsthand and gain a deeper understanding of fully automatic foam production solutions.

To provide a complete, real-world perspective, our team accompanied the Indian customers to a nearby sponge factory owned by one of our long-standing clients. During the visit, the guests watched our fully automatic continuous polyurethane foaming line in full operation, witnessing the entire process from raw material mixing to the formation of consistent, high-quality PU foam blocks. They also observed several of our sponge cutting machines at work,seeing exactly how the foam blocks are transformed into finished sheets and rolls with precision and efficiency.

Beyond the equipment, the customers took the opportunity to study the factory's overall production mode.

The Indian visitors expressed strong appreciation for the stable performance of our machines, the user-friendly automation, and the smooth production flow they saw on site. Both sides had in-depth discussions on machine specifications, configuration options, and future cooperation possibilities.
