This Horizontal Foam PU Machine is mostly used to produce large-scale continuously foaming production (density is about 8 to 150 kg/m3 ) .

You can also monitor the production process through the internet, make the control of cost more scientific and effective. The yellowing resistance can reach the international standard level 3-5, the hardness is from 20-40, the powder added from 10%-200%, and the density can be adjusted from 5-180.

 

For the process of foaming:

Loading all the raw materials inside the material tank with the loading system--control the temperature of the raw material inside the tank with the chiller--check the flow of all the raw materials before foaming--make some small sample test before foaming (make sure the flow and everything is correct)--Put the kraft paper and the plastic film-- foaming-- Foam Crane-- Foam Cut
