Production process of foaming with fully-automatic mechanical equipment
Mixed the polyester, polyether polyol, polyether, silicone oil, chain extender, catalyst, flame retardant, barite powder, and pure water etc. Stirred them in fully-automatic foaming machine with medium-high-speed, foam them as block shaped sponge.
Cut The block shape sponges through the cutting machine and cut into pieces according to the required specifications and then packed well.
