General Foaming Process For Reference:
1.Make all the chemicals ready, stir them and proportion raw materials based on the formula. We can also help providing the formula after seeing the sample.
2.Make a small test before foaming to ensure its accuracy.
3.Extract all the relevant raw chemical materials (PPG,POP,TDI,Caco3 power,MC,silicone oil,amine,tin,color paste,etc) into the foaming oven to foaming from the chemical tanks,
4.Set the program by the control box of machine end cutter for the length each foam block you need. Cut The block shape sponges through the cutting machine and cut into pieces according to the required specifications and then packed well.

1.The machine will be pack by paper&plastic film and some smart will be pack in wooden case.

2.The machine will be load in 2*40HQ+1*20GP total 3 containers for standard confirguration.
