Fully variable frequency and programmable controller control foaming and achieve real-time synchronization of production line.
The mixing head we produce is designed for sponge without foam heads during the foaming process, reducing costs and making the sponge feel soft and the foam pores delicate. It is designed for sponges with densities ranging from 6kg/m3 to 160kg/m3.
The side panels on both sides of the foaming tunnel are made of aluminum alloy material, which is suitable for reducing heat dissipation and achieving stable products after emulsification and solidification during the foaming process.
Seven adjustable drop plates are designed at the bottom to increase the flatness of the sponge during the emulsification process and reduce unnecessary losses.
The block cutter on the foaming line can be set to cut sponge blocks into different lengths.
The use of a belt function above is designed to avoid unnecessary paper jams caused by the sponge during transportation, and to facilitate the precision of automatic sponge transportation and cutting.
This flat observation platform is used to observe the maturity of the sponges on both sides and the flat bottom of the sponge during the foaming process, which is more conducive to the operation of the subsequent foam crane unit.
The length of the rear conveyor belt can be customized according to the actual situation and needs of the customer.
Function:
1.consider the safety hazards of operators and avoid stepping on empty spaces.
2.due to the high density of the sponge, its maturation process is slower, so it also needs to be stored on the conveyor belt for a while. During this time, using a dense plate type rear conveyor belt can reduce the loss of the sponge (such as unevenness at the bottom), balance the bottom and facilitate the subsequent operation of the foam carry crane.

This foam carry crane is designed to make the process of handling and transporting sponges much easier and efficient. With its high stability and reliable design, the machine can perform a variety of tasks that would otherwise be time-consuming and laborsome when done by hand.
Double rear mobile conveyor belt- Optional
The design of dual mobile rear conveyor belts can improve production efficiency and save production space for customers.
Finished Sponge Foam Display
The foam yellowing resistance can reach international standard level 3-5, the hardness ranges from 200-900, with a powder content of 10% -200%, and a low to high density of 6-160kg/m3.

Q: How many days for the installation and testing of the machine?
A: After all the machine in your factory we will send 1-2 engineer help to install the machine, around 30 days installation will be finished.
After that one electrician and one foaming engineer will come to connect the cable and run the machine that will take 15days.
Total 45 days the machine can be running.
Q: How should I do if meet some trouble while using?
A: We can supply English manual book and also take a video for showing how to resolve the problems or dispatch our engineer to your factory.
Q: Can you supply us wearing parts?
A: Sure, it is our duty.
Q:What is the voltage/phase for this machine ?
A: 220V 50Hz/single phase ,380V 50Hz/three phase , 110V 60Hz/single phase
