Rebond Foam Machine Steamless is mainly used for mixing the crushing foam scraps with adhesive glue, then through the mould, pressed by the hydraulic system, the corresponding density of the regeneration of sponges required. The machine has a complete set production line of stirring drum with mixing system and compression mold. It takes approx 3 hours for one block foam with this steamless rebonded foaming machine.
If equipped with steam system, it will take 15-20 minutes for one block.
