This Foam Block Making Machine equipment is mainly suitable for the production of soft polyurethane foam with a density range of 10-70kg/m3.

It adopts a large-used chemical material(TDI/PPG/POP) mixing fully automatic control system and a flexible human-machine interface control system.

Users can store 20 different foaming formulas and adjust or change them at any time.

 

 

 

 

It can generate various ideal home furniture foam, shoe material foam, chest circumference foam, electronic foam, as well as various foam fabrics suitable for packaging, clothing, and automotive industries.

This foam block foaming machine can be operated manually or automatically depending on the complexity of the process and the specific requirements of the foam being produced. 

 

Foam/Sponge producing machine with pneumatic motion, which can be used with Rectangular, Cubic and Cylindrical Molds. The speed of the Mixer can be controlled electronically from control panel.

 

Local configuration: Three large raw material tanks or four large raw material tanks can be customized according to customer requirements.
