1. Proportioning of large materials

2. Check and pump TDI

In the case of TDI, pull the TDI from the raw material warehouse to the place where it is used and pump it into the cylinder body with agitation. When adjusting the temperature, pay special attention to prevent TDI from splashing on the skin and eyes from the barrel, if any, wash it with clean water or seek medical advice in time.
3. Proportioning of small materials
Prepare small materials in percentage, such as T-9, A33 and silicone oil The ingredients prepared from the color material shall be poured into the corresponding iron container for stirring for foaming. During this operation, the operator shall have a good sense of protection and wear a mask and rubber gloves.
4. Check and debug the machine
After studying all the preparations, the operator shall repeatedly check each switch and button during the commissioning of the foaming machine. The machine can be started only after it is accurate.
5. Startup process
The machine can be started after the work is fully prepared and the personnel at each post are in place. A large amount of gas is discharged during the formation of sponge. The gas is discharged to the outside by the exhaust fan. The operator should wear a mask and rubber gloves prepared in advance for operation.
