Sponge manufacturing process

The process of sponge manufacturing involves several steps that ensure the production of high-quality sponges. The process begins by preparing a production facility and selecting the best sponge foaming machinery. The next step involves procuring the necessary chemical ingredients such as PPG, POP, TDI, amines etc,required for foam formation.

Once all the chemicals are ready, the sponge foaming process begins. The foaming machine is to produce different densities sponge which depends on the product's requirements.
Then the cutting machines are used to cut the foam into equal-sized blocks or special sized sponges. The final step involves packing the finished sponges and distributing them.
