Case Study: How a Sponge Foaming Machine Passed Acceptance Testing for a Sudan Customer
Before a sponge foaming machine is shipped overseas, how can both the customer and supplier confirm that the equipment is ready for production? In this Sudan project case, we walk through the acceptance test process of an automatic sponge foaming machine, from power-on commissioning and running inspection to dismantling, labeling and export packing.
The customer had ordered a fully automatic sponge foami production line, and the entire line was completed after orderly production. When the customer arrived at our factory, the technical team first carried out a comprehensive power-on commissioning. The inspection covered the core sponge foaming machine units, the automatic control system, material metering, foaming density and cutting dimensions. These checks help confirm that each module works properly and that the whole sponge production line for mattress can operate stably under production conditions.
After commissioning, the line was started for running tests. During operation, all units of the sponge production line for mattress were smoothly connected, and the equipment ran in good condition. The customer observed the complete process from material feeding and mixing to foaming and finished product output, and confirmed that the performance met the contractual requirements. The acceptance was therefore successfully completed.
For overseas delivery, export packing is an important part of the sponge foaming machine project. After acceptance, our production and logistics teams began dismantling the line according to export standards. Each functional module is separated and packed by category to reduce the risk of collision during transportation. Each packing box is labeled and marked with the equipment name, specification model and installation orientation, making it easier for the customer to assemble and commission the automatic sponge foaming machine on site.
At present, the packing work is progressing as planned. The equipment is ready for shipment, and container loading will be arranged according to the shipping schedule and delivery time confirmed by the customer, ensuring safe and on-time arrival at the Sudan project site.
