Automatic Mattress Foaming Machine For Africa in Production

Recently, the contract signed by Putian Deming Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. with a Sudanese customer for a fully automatic mattress foaming machine and supporting processing equipment such as sponge cutting machines and mattress tape edge sewing machines have entered the stage of orderly production. After receiving the customer's deposit, the company team quickly formulated a production plan. The production department advanced according to the milestones, and the management regularly checked the progress and inspected the quality, ensuring on-time delivery while strictly controlling quality, and not disappointing the customer's trust.

During the project progress, the customer reported that the factory building they could find was not long enough and could not meet the conventional equipment layout. After full communication with the customer, Deming Machinery divided the longer rear conveyor belt into several sections, one of which was designed to be movable and could be flexibly adjusted on site during production, effectively solving the customer's problem of limited factory length.

According to the current production plan, the complete mattress foam making machine will be completed this month. After the customer comes to the factory for acceptance, the foaming equipment can be shipped to Sudan, awaiting subsequent installation.
