New Equipment Online! Custom continuous foam production machine installed, Capacity Upgrade Countdown Begins

Recently, a fully automatic continuous foam production machine manufactured by our company has completed on-site installation, and the project has entered the stage of power-on commissioning and trial production preparation. This PU foam production line will help the client further enhance the level of production automation and production efficiency of sponge products.

The PU foam production line delivered this time adopts a modular design, covering core units such as large and small raw material storage tanks, an intelligent touch operation platform, a high-precision mixing head, a temperature-controlled foaming oven, a conveying transmission system, a sponge cutting machine, and an observation platform. The coordinated cooperation between these units ensures that the foaming process is stable and controllable, meeting the requirements for continuous production.

 

To further optimize the production process, the client specially selected a Foam Block Clamp Device. This device assists in the rapid transfer of finished products after sponge discharge, directly transporting them to designated areas for maturation treatment, reducing manual handling steps, improving production line efficiency, and reducing operational intensity.

Currently, the installation of the sponge manufacturing machine has been fully completed. The technical team is conducting power-on tests on the foaming line as planned, with a focus on checking the operating status of the control system, transmission mechanism, and mixing device. Subsequently, according to the client's production schedule, trial production will be initiated at an appropriate time to verify foaming equipment performance through actual operation with materials, ensuring that all indicators meet process requirements.

Our company will continue to follow up on the project progress and ensure the steady advancement of the subsequent commissioning, trial production, and delivery of the sponge manufacturing machine.
