First Batch Of Ortholite PU Foam En Route To Egypt
Our team just wrapped up preparation of a custom Ortholite foam order for a footwear manufacturer in Egypt. The foam sheets were cut to the client's exact thickness specifications, securely packed, and have now been dispatched to their assigned warehouse.
This order traces back to a face-to-face meeting at our factory. The client walked in with a clear goal: finding the right Ortholite foam insole material to bond with leather for shoe insoles. Rather than a quick handshake and a catalog, what followed was a proper conversation about their production line, end-use requirements, and the performance characteristics they valued most. Based on that, we suggested a specific Ortholite foam density tailored to their application. We then cut a sample right there in front of them - letting them inspect the texture, compression, and overall quality firsthand. They gave us the nod on the spot.
What shipped recently is their trial order - a small but meaningful beginning. We believe the Ortholite foam will prove itself in their production, and we hope this marks the first step toward something much bigger.
