Two Foam Machinery Loaded Into Containers On The Same Day

As the Lunar New Year of the Dragon approaches, our production and logistics system has reached a significant milestone: the mattress compress and roll packing machine and the cnc foam cutting machine double knife, two core pieces of equipment, were simultaneously loaded into containers today and are set to depart for Spain and Bosnia and Herzegovina, respectively.

During the peak production season ahead of the Spring Festival, our production workshop has maintained an efficient operational pace. Although the two pieces of equipment follow different technical paths, they both represent our accumulated expertise in the field of sponge processing machinery:

Intelligent Rolling and Packaging, Efficient and Energy-Saving: The mattress compress and roll packing machine bound for Spain features a new-generation hydraulic control system, which significantly reduces energy consumption while ensuring compression effectiveness, helping clients achieve greener production.

Precision Cutting, Flexible and Versatile: The cnc foam cutting machine double knife ordered by the client in Bosnia and Herzegovina is equipped with an advanced human-machine interface and automatic layout software, enabling precise cutting of complex three-dimensional shapes and substantially improving material utilization.

In response to the peak international logistics period before the Spring Festival, our logistics team initiated transportation planning one month in advance, maintaining close communication with shipping companies and freight forwarders to ensure the timely arrival of containers and the smooth loading of the sponge foam equipment.
